Section 70(1) in Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003
(1)Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 4 or sub-section (1) of section 5 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both;
