Section 1(a) in U.P. Rules Regulating the Transit of Timber on the Sharda River, 1915-1919
(a)From the railway bridge at Braharmaghat upto the junction of the Ladhiya and Sharda rivers-by the Conservator of the Kumaun Circle, or by such Officer as he may, from time to time appoint for the purpose.
