Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965.(2)It extents to the whole State.(3)It shall come into force [with effect from the 25th day of April, 1986.] [Enforcement date notified by Act XI of 1988, section 1.]
