Section 5(2) in Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Act, 2015
(2)The Authority shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, and to contract, and may sue or be sued by its corporate name.
