Section 1 in The Metal Corporation (Nationalisation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Metal Corporation (Nationalisation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976.(2)Sections 20 and 21 shall come into force at once and the other provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd day of October, 1965.
