(2)In a residence used by a Minister of State who is entitled to a house rent allowance in lieu of a furnished residence, three rooms shall be furnished by the State Government on such scales as may be prescribed, to be used for official purposes. He shall be entitled for an allowance of twenty thousand rupees per month for maintenance and up keep of residence and for layout and maintenance of gardens included in such residence
