Section 56(4) in The Orissa Irrigation Rules, 1961
(4)An annual report shall be submitted to the Board of Revenue by the 15th of April each year showing the following particulars :(i)The number of works reported during the year to be in need of repairs;(ii)The number of works in (i) above inspected by the Collector;(iii)The number of works found on actual inspection by the Collector not to require repairs;(iv)The number of works found to require repairs have been repaired; and(v)Reason for not taking up or completing repairs of works requiring repairs.
