Section 17(1) in The National Oilseeds And Vegetable Oils Development Board Rules, 1984
(1)The Executive Director shall as the Chief Executive of the Board, be responsible for the proper functioning of the Board, implementing the Board's policies and the discharge of its functions as provided under the Act and the duties under these rules and the regulations framed by the Board.
