134. Members, Officers and Servants of the Authority and Tribunal to be public servants.
- All members, officers and servants of the Authority, the Tribunal and all other persons entrusted with the execution of any function under the Act, shall be deemed when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of the Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
