(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) This is an application for condonation of delay of 02 days in filing the Tax Appeal by the Revenue. The delay is thus of minuscule nature. It would cause unnecessary inconvenience and possible expenditure to the assessee if we were to issue notice in this civil application. Considering the nature of delay and the explanation rendered, we are even otherwise bound to condone the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. O.J.Civil Application is disposed of.
