Section 26(1) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(1)The Notice required to be issued by the Tribunal shall be sent to the parties by the Registered post, the acknowledgement of which containing the signature of the addressee or any member of his family or his authorized agent when delivered or on endorsement by the Postal Authorities to the effect that the notice was refused by the addressee shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to be sufficient to hold that the notice was duly served.
