DIRECT THE R1 AUTHORITY TO RE-SCHEDULE THE
COMMENCEMENT OF A DIVION FOOTBALL TEAM
TOURNAMENT 2011-12 AFTER INCLUSION OF THE
PETITIONER CLUB.

    THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY
HEARING IN 'B' GROUP THIS DAY THE COURT MADE THE
FOLLOWING:

                         ORDER

Petitioner has sought for issuing writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent authority to re- schedule the commencement of 'A' Division Football Team Tournament 2011-2012 after inclusion of the petitioner club.

2. Since, the tournament of 2011-12 is already over, the prayer as sought for in the writ petition do no be granted. In addition to the same, the relief is sought 3 against the Association registered under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act.

3. Writ petition in the present form is not maintainable. If the petitioner really has got any grievance, he may take such steps as are open in law.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
