(2)The taxation authority shall also maintain the Demand and Recovery Registers of taxes in forms specified below :-(i)In respect of motor vehicles paying Life Time Tax in Form 'W-T.(ii)In respect of public service vehicles other than motor cabs and city buses in Form 'W-2'.(iii)In respect of exempted motor vehicles in Form 'W-3'(iv)In respect of other motor vehicles in Form 'W-4'.
