Section 25 in The Himachal Pradesh Nautor Land Rules, 1968
25. Deputy Commissioner to pass orders regarding Resumption of possession.
- The Deputy Commissioner, may, on receipt of a report submitted to him under Sub-Rule (b) of the last foregoing rules, pass such orders as he deems fit after giving an apportunity to the person affected to be heard.
