1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No.1/DDA for early hearing.
2. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that pleadings are complete in the matter.

3.1 List this matter along with W.P. (C) 10918/2019 on 19.07.2023.

4. Learned Counsel for the parties shall file their respective written synopsis, not exceeding three pages each, at least one week before the next date of hearing, along with compilations of judgments, if any, they wish to rely upon.
4.1 All judgments sought to be relied upon by the learned Counsel for the parties shall be filed with an index which also sets out the relevant paragraph numbers and the proposition of law that it sets forth.
5. Learned Counsel for the parties will also file a common convenience compilation in the matter.
5.1 For this purpose, list the matter before the concerned Registrar on 07.07.2023.
6. List the matter before the Court along with W.P.(C)10918/2019 on 19.07.2023.
6.1 The date already fixed in the matter i.e., 08.09.2023 stands cancelled.
7. Interim order dated 14.10.2019 to continue till the next date of hearing.
