Section 1 in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016. {RG-10(I) of 2016}(2)They shall extend to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
