Section 44(7) in U.P. State Co-operative Societies Election Rules, 2014
(7)A copy of the list prepared under sub-rule(6) shall be sent to the District Assistant Co-operative Election officer, the Commission or an officer authorised by the Secretary/Managing Director of the Co-operative Society concerned .
