(9)The Authority shall publish a notice in the Official Gazette and one local newspaper of the approval of the perspective plan, stating the name of the place where a copy thereof shall be available for inspection by the public and that copies thereof or extracts thereform certified to be correct shall be available for sale to public at a reasonable price.
