Section 47(1) in Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Custodian-General or the Custodian or any person acting under the direction of the Custodian in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
