24. Members and employees to be public servants.
- Every member of the Authority, the Development Commissioner and every officer and employee of the Authority shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
