(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) the Revenue Court may pass a summary order in the following circumstances-(a)rejection of an application on the grounds of want of jurisdiction or limitation;(b)dismissal of a case in default;(c)decision in an undisputed case;(d)decision on an interlocutory application in a case; or(e)passing an interim order in a case.Part-VI Attachment
