% 21.09.2023 Further to the order dated 21.07.2023, Mr. Shivek Rai Kapoor, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum established under Section 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
