Section 1(5) in The Orissa Reduction and Remissions of Court-fees Order, 1943
(5)to direct that the fees chargeable on appeals from orders under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908), shall be limited to the amounts chargeable under Article 11 of Schedule II.
