                     Impugned Order in CCP No.343 of 2019 dated 22.04.2021 and quash the
                     same as the same is illegal.

                                                       ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 22.04.2021 which was passed by the 1st respondent in CCP No.343 of 2019.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 20.04.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 24.04.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption “for Dismissal” but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
