Section 35(c) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(c)In residential buildings, first floor and subsequent upper floor balconies at floor levels without a "Jhump" (hanging below from the upper balcony) of a width of 0.90 mtr. overhanging front and side road setbacks within one's own land shall be permitted.
