Section 22(1) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(1)Every employer shall exhibit in his industrial premises a notice in Form IV specifying clearly the daily hours of work, interval for rest and weekly holidays allowed to the employees or, as the case may be, to each.class of employees.
