Crl. Misc.No.42778 of 2010 Application seeking exemption from filing the certified copies of Annexures P-1 to P-4 and from filing the detailed affidavit of the petitioner is allowed as prayed for. Crl. Misc.No.44114 of 2010 Application seeking exemption under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking permission to place on record the FIR dated 10.4.2010 as Annexure P-5 and from filing certified copy of same is allowed as prayed for. Same is taken on record. Crl. Misc.No.M 24032 of 2010(O&M) #2 Crl. Misc.No.M 24032 of 2010 Prayer is for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.37 dated 10.4.2010 under Sections 379, 411, 183 and 186 of Indian Penal Code registered with police Station Badhni Kalana, District Moga.
After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
