Section 10(3) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(3)Ward Member/Councillor of a Grama Panchayat/NAC/Municipality will hold office in ex officio capacity. He/She shall cease to be a member of school committee as and when he/she ceased to hold charge of his/her office.
