Section 14(3) in Saurashtra University (Amendment) Act, 1968
(3)the M.J. College of Commerce, Bhavnagar,that the University College shall, within a period not exceeding three years from the date of the commencement of the Saurashtra University (Amendment) Act, 1968 become capable of exercising the powers of an autonomous college under section 48A.
