Section 44(2)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(b)Factors for approving Intimation:- The intimation which mentions one or more of the following reasons shall be taken into consideration for according approval namely:-
(i)That the trees are situated in the residential quarters or within the premises of places of worship or schools;
(ii)That the trees situated inside a place which is prohibited place, within the meaning of Section 2 the Official Secrets Act, 1923 ( Central Act 19 of 1923).
