27. Annual accounts and financial estimates.
- The annual accounts and the financial estimates shall be considered by the Karyakarini Samiti at its annual meeting and the Karyakarini Samiti may pass resolutions with reference thereto and to communicate the same to the Karyakarini Samiti which shall take them into consideration, and take such action thereon, as he thinks fit.
