                     expeditiously within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court by allowing
                     this Revision Petition.

The petitioner in I.D.O.P.No.341 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of his divorce petition.

2. A perusal of the “B” diary extract reveals that the divorce application is posted for enquiry from September 2022 onwards, for the past three years and the grievance of the petitioner is that every time it is automatically adjourned to different dates.

3. Considering the above said facts, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.341 of 2021 on or before 31.12.2025.

4. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
