It is stated by the learned counsel of the respondents that they have filed the cross appeals bearing Nos. MAC.APP. 1044/2018, MAC.APP. 1073/2018 and MAC.APP. 1080/2018 which are pending adjudication and shown in regular category before the roster bench. He further requests that the cross appeals be heard together along with the present batch of matters.
Learned counsel for the appellants have no objection for the same. Listed appeals pertain to the year 2018. Registry is directed to list the present appeals alongwith MAC.APP. 1044/2018, MAC.APP. 1073/2018 and MAC.APP. 1080/2018 before the roster bench on 26.09.2022.
