Section 16(1) in Bihar Ward Sabha & Ward Implementation and Management Committee Conduct of Business Rules, 2017
(1)A Ward Implementation and Management Committee shall be constituted by Ward Sabha from amongst its members for discharge and implementation of general and financial functions/responsibilities enshrined in the Act.
