Section 25 in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998
25. Executive Council.
- The Executive Council shall be the Executive body of the Vishwavidyalaya and shall consist of the following, namely :-| (i) | The Kulpati; | Chairman |
| (ii) | The Secretary incharge-of Manpower Planning Department,Government of Madhya Pradesh; | Member |
| (iii) | The Secretary incharge of Finance Department, Government ofMadhya Pradesh; | Member |
| (iv) | Chairman of the VYAPAM; | Member |
| (v) | Secretary incharge of Higher Education Department, Governmentof Madhya Pradesh; | Member |
| (vi) | four principals of affiliated colleges or polytechnics orinstitutions to be nominated by the Kuladhipati by rotation,according to seniority; | Member |
| (vii) | all Dean of Faculties; | Member |
| (viii) | two Professors from the Vishwavidyalaya teachingdepartments/affiliated Colleges or Institutions to be nominatedby the Kuladhipati, by rotation, according to seniority; | Member |
| (ix) | two Heads of Department from affiliated polytechnics to benominated by the Kuladhipati, by rotation according to seniority; | Member |
| (x) | Director, Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh; | Member |
| (xi) | The Chairman All India Council for Technical EducationsCentral Region Committee, Bhopal; | Member |
| (xii) | two known industrialists with technical and managerialexperience to be nominated by the Kuladhipati; | Member |
| (xiii) | an educationist in the field of technical education from anynational technical institution to be nominated by theKuladhipati; | Member |
| [(xiii-a) [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 17 of 2003.] | three persons nominated by the Member Kuladhipati amongst whomone each shall be a person belonging to Scheduled Castes,Scheduled Tribes and General Category out of these three personsone shall be a woman]; | Member |
