Section 47(2) in The Punjab Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964
(2)Where the functions of the Director have been delegated to any other officer subordinate to him under rule 46, any person aggrieved by any order of any such officer of the nature described in sub-rule (1) may appeal to the Director;Provided that the appeal is filed within two months of the date of the order appealed against.
