Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the
records of the 1st respondent pertaining to its proceedings of refusal check
slip No.152 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 and quash the same, consequently
direct the 1st respondent to register the sale deed which is subject matter of
refusal check slip No.152 of 2022 dated 16.12.2022 by following due
process by handing over the registered document to the purchaser.
