Heard Mr. Manoj K. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant and Ms. Asha Gopalan Nair, learned counsel for the respondent.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that if the appellant is taken into custody in connection with FIR No.113/14 lodged at Police Station Amboli, Mumbai, Maharashtra, he shall be enlarged on Bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with one surety to the like amount to the satisfaction of the investigating officer. He shall also abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Resultantly, the appeal is allowed and the order passed by the High Court is set aside.
