71. Registrar empowered to sanction miscellaneous, etc. expenditure.
- The Registrar shall have power to sanction expenditure on miscellaneous and contingent nature upto an amount not exceeding twenty thousand rupees in each case and expenditure in excess of that amount shall require the sanction of the President.
