Section 36(1) in Delhi Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Rules, 2008
(1)The Claims Tribunal shall maintain in addition to all registers required to be maintained by a court of Additional District Judge in Delhi, the following registers:-(i)Register for applications for interim award on principle of no fault liability;(ii)Register for deposit of payments in the Tribunal through cheques, etc.
