Section 26A(1)(g) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965

(g)the fees to be charged for courses of instruction in or by or on behalf of the University given by post-graduate teachers, for tutorial and supplementary instruction given by or on behalf of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research, upon admission into the University and for continuance therein, for admission to the examinations, degrees and diplomas of postgraduate studies and for other purposes of like nature;
