Anwar Hossain Ms. Sreyashee Biswas ... ... for the State On the prayer of learned advocate for the petitioners, application for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner Nos.2, 3, 5 and 9 is dismissed as not pressed.

So far as the other petitioners are concerned, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that principal accused is on bail.

Learned advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the nature of the offence and complicity of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the principal accused is on bail, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1, 4, 6, 7 and 8.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid 2 down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner Nos. 1, 4, 6, 7 and 8 shall meet the Investigating Officer once a month until further orders that they shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for trial and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 4388 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
