Section 2(g) in Bihar and Orissa Dangerous Drugs Rules, 1934
(g)"Notified drugs" means any narcotic substance other than coca derivatives, medicinal hemp and opium derivatives which the Governor-General-in-Council may, by notification in the Gazette of India made in pursuance of a recommendation under Article 10 of the Geneva Convention, declare to be a manufactured drug;
