Section 13(3) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(3)In respect of newly admitted children, the name and address of the parent/ guardian of the child shall be ascertained and they shall immediately be informed of the detention of the child.
