7. Procedure for District Committee.
- The District Committee may, subject to the previous approval of the State Aqua-culture Seed Committee, make bye-laws for the Committee for the purpose of regulating its own procedure and the procedure of any sub-committee thereof and the conduct of all business to be transacted by the Committee or as the case may be the sub-committees.
