Section 30 in The National Environment Tribunal Act, 1995
30. Act to have overriding effect .—
Save as provided in the Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991 (6 of 1991), the provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effected by virtue of any law other than this Act.
