Section 83(2) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(2)Septic tank not to communicate with drains - He shall not in any case construct such septic tank so that it shall have by drain or otherwise, any outlet into or means of communication with any stream, water channel, sewer or surface drain.
