Section 17 in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
17. Disqualifications.
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if:(a)He/she is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;(b)He/she is an undercharged insolvent;(c)He/she has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude;(d)He/she is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching with or without pecuniary gain; or(e)He/she has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere.
