Section 14(g) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(g)A Scheme of Administration shall make provision for maintenance and security of property and investment and utilization of funds of the institution as well as regular checking and auditing of accounts and prescribed measures against their misappropriation, misuse and waste.
