(1)A certificate of sale issued under Order XXI, Rule 94, shall invariably contain the following particulars :(a)the "addition" (as defined in Section 2 of Act No. XVI of 1908) of the person who is declared to be the purchaser;(b)particulars sufficient to identify the property as required in Sections 21 and 22 of the said Act.
